Favorite thing is the complete control of the process, from planning to printing, going through every step myself.
Also the constant learning experience and the suprise effect everytime I open up the tank.
There are a lot of pros in this medium, but also some quite nasty drawbacks.
Least favorite thing, eh, I guess the cost of film, mostly.
Recently Kodak increased the prices of pretty much all its emulsions, including my dear Ektar.
In my country, but more like in all Europe, we pay much more than a fellow American LF photographer.
Also, changing film in the holders while on travel is pretty tiresome.
I tend to bring my 4x5 even in difficult places, not just my Zion playground *cough*
