>>37153275 years. I've been pretty depressed and my whole life has gone downhill in that time, and as a result, shooting frequency has suffered. Examples of my photos are floating around this board, and I post occasionally (in case you were asking so as to compare knowledge to execution).
I started out shooting x-ray on a Cambo SCX with only a 150mm Fujinon W f/6.3 in a Seiko shutter (
https://mycameracabinet.wordpress.com/2015/11/15/fujinon-w-s-150mm-f6-3/). This was to keep costs down. Included here is one of my first photos. I shot x-ray for a while, and then eventually switched to Fomapan 100, which at the time could be bought from a local supplier for about 1$ CAD per shot. In the subsequent few years, things started to decay in my personal life (hit by a car, two concussions, one abusive relationship ended only for me to fall into other subsequent ones more brief in duration), and I shot much less. Things picked up around 2017, and then quickly crumbled again. Beginning in late 2019, I gained the guts to quit doing endless tentative "test rolls" with my UV setup on 135 and went back to 4x5. I shot some stuff I liked, did the work to narrow down focus compensation (which, amusingly, I ended up being very wrong about later on), and became more interested in returning to the format. Still haven't done any outdoor stuff like I had been doing in the good times of 2017, however I've been working on maturing both my UV methodology and my composition. Sorry for the blog post, autism makes it hard to understand where necessary context a begins and ends.
>>3715392>Speed GraphicSorry to hear about your Speed Graphic. You should crack that person over the head with a tripod and retrieve what is rightfully yours. I had a wonky Crown Graphic for a while and the thing was fun. Currently, I've got a K.B. Canham DLC45 that I got for a steal thanks to a very generous older gentleman who took pity on me. (1/2)
