>>2702556>I have plenty of self criticism>pls point out any time I have said:>IM SO AMAZING OMG MY WORK IS PERFECT I NEED TO CHANGE NOTHINGOkay. How about
>>2702379 Where you posted this photo presumably SOOC with no changes and awful composition. Clearly your ability to filter what is worthy of posting for feedback and throwing away or looking at your own shots and saying: Yeah. I could do so much better.
You're using a camera with a screen on it. You have presumably a model with you. Don't waste her time and your time by taking only one shot, or a poor shot and doing nothing else. This is one of the few instances where CHIMPing is completely acceptable.
I'll also submit:
>>2701044>>2701026>>2701620>>2702422as examples of a time where your self filter failed you.
BONUS ROUND:
>>2700297This is an example of when you don't even want C+C in your own thread.
>>2701041This is now you wanting C+C.
>>2701048This is you stating you want to learn as quickly as possible because you love the subject. Not enough to study composition, framing or exposure though.
>>2701071>looking for people who love photography like I doYet you won't read a book and improve.
>>2701571>I could do a lot worse for someone who's been studying it for such a short timeI hope that short time is less than a month. I've seen better photos from people who have been shooting for a week.
You need to study your subject and really look at how you can improve. Go to the library, read books. You'll get there. Loving photography is more than carrying your camera with you everywhere you go and taking pictures of leaves. Snapshits can be good for the soul but when you're a beginner you need to adhere to some standards before you can call it a style.
> I'm very new at turning a hobby into a career. Also: Please never think of Photography as just a money making tool. You should think about improving for at least 3-5 years before considering it as more than a part time job.
