Usually with a body + 3 lenses, and there's space for accessories
It's pretty balanced once I put my camera over my other shoulder, then I keep a water bottle in the spot of one lens, pretty comfy.
That said I'm looking for a decent weatherproof backpack that can hold a similar amount, but I'm not sure if there's anything that would allow me to change lenses as easily as this sling does.
