I've thought about getting an old Canon or Nizo Braun Super 8 camera for recording small clips during my travels and life, that will be overlaid in post with jazz/music or recordings taken with an iphone or something.
Then if I like it, I might save up for a Krasnagorsk-3 and shoot in 16mm.
I'm normally a still photography type of guy, and have been on the film hipster bandwagon for a few years now. I just use technology for work all day and want to not look at a screen when im not working.
Is this dumb? Should I just get a camcorder or VHS-C camera? or just use a small mirrorless camera and stop being a hipster?
