Most of the people you are thinking of, excluding from this group, do not exist. They are not unique or valuable individuals. They weren't born with souls, they're basically golems. Or animals. They can never even dream of being people and they are happier this way.
You have two audiences, people and animals. A dog is entertained by a laser dot and a slice of cheese, a person wants more, a lot more. A person cares about things that the worlds smartest animal can only call "dumb ass shit no one need". In photography, these groups have predictable tastes. One group does not care about the finer things, and really wants photographs of three things: women, wild animals, and sunsets. The other group cares a lot about the finest and smallest things, and really wants photographs of three things: a critique of the human psyche, a message about the state of the world, and a transmutation between two art forms. One group wants photos on their computational device, the other knows that you need to see every print in person. When you know who I'm talking about, you'll know.
And you will realize why some people who don't get it always see things the way they do, and it's never any different, and they all seem like the same person after a while.
