This is key technology for the autonomous cars. But they won't go into MF sensors for a loooong time to come.

Even the IMX461 released in 2018 won't have that. So you won't be seeing Global Shutter anytime soon.

Global Shutter for MF will be 2023 at the earliest.

For what it's worth though, they are making a new 150MP back illuminated sensor with +15 stop DR, 16 bit analog-digital conversion.
This will be the best sensor they will have ever made by far, and it's available to anyone who wants to pay for it.
