Crop has insurmountable optical limitations compared to full frame (and full frame to medium and medium to large, etc.), actually read the thread and you'll find that absolutely nobody here claimed otherwise. Fuji makes good lenses given the limitations of the format, but at a huge premium. That's why most of the advice in this thread skews towards full frame.
