But really, I strongly advise you not to go that low. A tripod that only can be triggered without too much vibration when using a remote trigger and has the tendency to tip over, adjusts poorly on both the legs and head, looses parts easily and such shit is just not really useful. You'll even end up shooting over a log, hiking backpack, bench or whatever else rather than the tripod, unless you utterly force yourself not to. (My own experience across multiple cheap tripods, eh).
Pay around $80-160 instead. In that price range, you can now get very decent new Chinese tripods (Dic & Mic, Sirui, Benro, QZSD, Weifeng, Fotopro), even with useful heads. Or decent used Manfrottos and such.
