>Sharpened and luminescence first. >Added contrast, clarity and vibrance, removed some saturation.>Added shadows and dropped blacks a little.>Went in to split toning, kept highlights as is, but changed shadows to a more "yellowy" effect and played about with the balance.>Went to HSL/Colour/B&W and clicked B&W>Added "graduated filter to areas around cars.>Dropped whites and added some highlights.Basically spent the last week playing about with B&W and colour editing to try get some film style effects. Did pic related a few days ago too.
Just give it a go and see how it comes out, you can always start over fresh in Adobe suites with no issues.
