The concept of Lomography that's using cheap plastic cameras and cheap or even expired film to get a whacky colours, vignetting, chromatic abberation, etc. Lomography is a very hipstery since the general idea is to create photos that look different and over the top just to be different, instead of actually focusing on technique and skill. Essentially it's just adding a whacky filter over your image ie what VSCO does.
