I once had a woman call the police because she thought I was taking photos of her baby. I was using my macro lense to take some test photos of flowers in a local park. She screamed at me and threatened me, typical bs. I told her it is a public place, and therefore I have every right to be there as well. The police officer arrived and tried to seize my camera, actually placing his hand on the lens and trying with a subtle, firm, pull to take it. When I verbally refused to hand it over and offered to show him my images instead, he tried to get me to hand over my SD card. I was baffled. In the end, he gave up, told me to leave, and he told the lady he was sorry for my inconveniencing her.
