Why don't you be honest, tell people that you're unemployed, never had a job, never completed your education, never earnt an income that comes anywhere near being able to support yourself, have had nothing but sideways movement with your popularity or influence since you started and still rely on your parents to cook and clean for you, despite being in your thirties.
I would have zero problem with the above if you just dropped the arrogant insistence that you haven't fucked your life up, and willing others to listen to you or make the same mistakes as you.
