I call it burning, because that's what it's doing. The image is too bright in places, and information is lost.

Clarity, Sharpen, Fine tune, whatever you want to call it, the yellow lines going down the side of the building highlight the areas of most obvious clarity. The image became defined a lot more. Also the circled power lines have a jittering from the clarity/sharpness adjust. Which isn't entirely bad, although it's obvious.
