When I evaluate my photos I do so at their full resolution on a big screen. When I go to share with anyone it'll inevitably get scaled down and viewed on a tiny screen. I feel like that fundamentally changes it, not only just from a technical point of view, but from an artistic one. The cool details which caused me to choose that picture originally are often lost and it feels totally different. Anyways, to cope maybe I'll try cropping way more aggressively to make the subject larger that I normally would.
