Now,a lot of people are hyped about the Sigma ART lens for crop snesor cameras - and rightly so -. But the things is, with crop sensor cameras, the thing is, you gotta multiply the aperture on the lens with the crop factor of the sensor. So you gotta multiply the f-number written on the lens with the crop factor of your camera body. Hehehe. Otherwise you won't get the equivalent aperture for your camera body. I wish manfacutrers would start acknowledging this, because it's actually miguiding consumers.
