>>3848790>>3848808... i used to be scared of high iso back when i used a canon 6d. That camera has terrible noise. But after upgrading to the r5, i’ve relaxed about it. I still try to keep the iso as low as possible but 6400 is just fine. Even 12800 in a pinch. And... I usually hate noise in my own photos but it doesn’t bother me in other people’s inages... it’s some kind of weird self consciousness thing

I’ve got images at 51200 from this night that are entirely usable. Mostly i used flash at low iso, but for some shots I wanted ambient light
