Been a while since I did any serious astrophotography - this is a 1-hour total integration time (12x5min stacked) narrowband hydrogen-alpha picture of the Eagle Nebula. Was wanting to grab some oxygen-III and sulphur-II frames for a proper Hubble narrowband palette colour image but the weather has been fucking atrocious.
Taken with a QSI 683 monochrome CCD with hydrogen-alpha filter, on a 254mm f/4.7 (1200mm fl) Newtonian telescope.
