My main focus was on having a portable camera, but one that had really good glass. When they came out with the full-frame it was a no-brainer for me, but truth be told the EVF really sucks ass. It's even worse than the APS-C model I used to use. If they made a better EVF it would be the ultimate travel camera.
If you like taking photographs and need the EVF, go A7iii unless having a travel-sized camera is more important to you. (or video focused capabilities, if you're into that. A7C does have a flippy screen which is nice. some shots I had to take low and vertical really made it an easier experience. Pic related)
