Different between a snapshit and photograph.
A lot of you have been asking this question lately.

I saw many many photographers taking a photo of it. Just it. Nothing else. No unique story, framing or anything. I spent 2 hours at the location till I could get the photo I wanted with the narrative I wanted. Here I was able to play on the "Stuck" theme of the art instaltion by using a car physically stuck in traffic and a low wage worker stuck financially in their job.
Your job as a photographer is to help craft a story not to just take photos of random things with no creativity or context
