But anyway OP Pentax is rugged as shit. Fuji and olympus are pretty compact, some fuji have weather sealing, some olympus has in body stabilization, most new pentax have both but they're larger. you'll want to see which systems have more weather sealed lenses as well.
Or you could just cop a used ricoh gr ii or similar point and shoot for a couple hundred bucks and get great IQ without the weather sealing/ruggedness if you prefer the small form factor and not having to carry/invest in lenses
