Again, there is obviously more noise, but the Oly has much better color reproduction and clarity. These comparisons are actually kind of fucking stupid because no one is going to leave their high ISOs completely RAW, they're going to at least do mild highpass filtering of the false color noise and at that point the Oly's IQ is clearly going to come out superior because the noise levels will be equivalent.
I'm not at all trying to move the goalposts, the noise is absolutely higher in the EM10's case. In real world terms, with ACTUAL photos that have been imported into LR or Capture One, your D7000 is going to produce consistently inferior images.
