I'll explain what was probably poor planning. First, the subject is a little rough, especially with the focal length. Not a terribly flattering photo. so I didn't want to do a "straight" edit.
When I (rarely) do something obviously "treated" - I tend to "overdo" it so it looks intentionally treated vs. accidentally so.
Pic related - it's a "little less" blue but maybe the whole edit needs rethinking.
