As far as learning, just start watching youtube videos and go from there. If youre more into real paper, I picked up a photography book (pic related) from a thrift store for a couple bucks recently and it literally has all you'd ever want to know about theory. It's like 10 bucks on ebay. It's from the pre-digital film era but 90% of it still applies. All the modern stuff can be filled in with youtube videos. Im sorry I cant recommend any more modern books because this is the only one I have first hand experience with.
