>>4215846Really depends what you want out of the camera. If just the film look, consider just RAW presets, or other brands like Nikon which has a custom preset utility, or Sony which has even greater jpg options in-camera. There is no real substitute for film though. If it's for dials / handling, x-t's are just better, and you also have zfc or whatever oly's got too. If you want to use legacy glass, you want ff, and you have lots of compact options there (a7c does have tiny evf).
I went mostly
nikon ff dslr + leica film
sony ff milc + leica film
fuji aps-c + leica film
fuji aps-c + leica digital
X-Pro/X100 only make sense if the OVF is your #1 priority, and you shoot mostly in the 28-50mm range, and if that's the case stick with the larger one on x100v/x-pro3. X-pro2 was the first camera I felt comfortable and confident enough to use for anything I shoot, that I also enjoyed enough to use as a daily snapshitter. X-pro3/100v is no substitute for an m, but pretty good one for like a G2. Anything with a nicer EVF will be a better substitute for an SLR though.
If you don't mind waiting, Zf is looking pretty interesting for this niche. I'll almost certainly be picking one up.
