And for comparison this is shot from the same shoot done with a more contemporary Zeiss Milvus 50mm Macro. Only difference is in the other shots a beauty dish on the right mixed with natural light and in this one it softbox instead. I actually prefer the softness of the Helios in this instance.

Did a test shoot today with a model. Canon R5 and Zeiss Makro Planar f2 50mm. First time using mixed daylight and constant. I like the skin tones I was able to get with this.
