>>3671671Is it worse if the director/producer is pretending to be a President of the United States or a Presidential Candidate in the upcoming presidential election to get actors for his meme videos. How much deception is a director/producer allowed to use to get a good performance out of an actor/actress for his meme videos, and how much trouble could a camera person get into if he knew (found out about the deceptions later on after starting to work on said film) of said deceptions.
Should the camera person: a.) stop working on the film? b.) report the director/producer for this deceptive practice? or c.) continue filming and just pretend that he didn’t learn about this deception?
This is for my college ethics project in film school, BTW, it is not a scenario that actually happened on the set this anon was working on. :p
