well i bit the bullet and got this for pretty cheap in good condition, the only problem is the battery situation with these cameras.
Apparently the mercury cell used back in the day is now banned which you now have to find alternatives
to power the camera such as using lr44, sr44, or a 1.3v equivalent. problem is the lr44 and sr44 are 1.5v and can throw your
meter off by a stop and in order for the batteries to work you need to fabricate some foil or metal to fill the gap in the battery compartment.
ill be testing using sr44 as they're supposedly longer lasting than air-zinc batteries, although they are still rated at 1.5v. ill test accordingly on arrival
and will shoot a roll and eventually post results.
