Here's a nice trick, you can add a transparent tap to the magnetic cap.
Just add some tape and fold it like this.

The magnetic lens cap is going to suck dicks when you use with with lens hood on, because apparently Sigma engineers didn't think about that.

But you can apply a strip of tape like this, and it should be perfectly remobable inside the lens lood.
