The thing I always wonder when I've shot digital is "did I go far enough?". Should I be editing more? Are my editing jobs sub-par? Where is the limit, what is the ideal amount of alterations before things start to get silly. Am I sculpting what I saw in my head, what I envision or where my imagination takes me, using the tools available, or am I supposed to approximate the reality I captured? This is why I liked shooting Mavica SOOC. More exploration required in finding the right way to frame scenes, seeking out cool things, and also, sometimes needing to be zen about not being able to shoot something the way you want to, instead of trying to force it into the right state in post.
