I only got into photography when I started reading about aperture/shutter speed/ISO and realised the massive freedom you have artistically by juggling the three. As well as post production and the power of primes. Most people never get that far, they just want to click a button and have the camera produce something amazing for them. Which is why HDR gore is so huge these days.
