There are services that you can pay anywhere from 10-50 bucks a month and you can set parameters such as hashtags, locations, followers of people, etc. And the bot will consistantly like, comment, follow, and unfollow people that fit within your guidelines. It's incredibly effective at gaining followers, but the downside is that it's pretty obvious when someone is using a bot, especially based on the comments they leave. Instagram is cracking down on these services and possibly users that are using these services as well.

The people that are leaving the comments fucking suck at using the bots because this was found on a popular hashtag, and they're just using the standard comments that come plugged into the bot, meaning they didn't change anything just turned on the bot and let it run without targeting users
