>>3262319First things first, it appears this picture is a bit under exposed. I would lower the shutter some. It's also a bit soft / out of focus. The rust brown background isn't really hitting it off well with the colors of his clothes, but is not overly distracting. In terms of your composition, I would have lowered the frame and included his legs if possible - you have a lot of empty space above his head. Make your focus, and re-frame the shot. A slight touch up of his skin, and some color and contrast does wonders as well. See pic related.
