at everything from 10mm through 200mm
on a decent aps-c its wide enough to shoot in almost no light whatsoever, and light enough that its good for sunlight and you have a non-dustpump design which still has enough weight to balance in the hand nicely.
Only time focus loses its shit is when the light is so low its got me considering setting ev below -1, and thats pretty fucking dark.
... yes i set negative ev in low light
Plus you can still see focus in standard focusing screens contrast levels on a /2.8... or close enough.
2.8 starts making the lens a bit too big after 200mm though

This is why girls are so good to shoot, they just intrinsically know how to be aesthetically pleasing....even if 'pretty' isnt what they are going for.
