In this shot, your camera was too high, causing your model to look upwards and making white of the eyes appear below the iris (colored part). If you brought the camera down a little bit, her eyes would have been looking straight forward and you would have a nice round, centered iris, which is what looks most natural.
Another suggestion: you have a lot of facial distortion because you're at 52mm (35mm + crop factor). You can't really get good closeups or headshots without more focal length. The more you increase focal length, the less distortion you'll see in her face, pic related.
Aperture doesn't need to be so open, you're not blurring out the background. Smaller aperture would have given you much better focus.
