I was waiting for the holiday sales to buy a diffusion filter. Lens Prism FX had a 50% sale on their diffusion filters. I was just about to buy one when they hit me with $15 shipping at checkout, which brought the total from $35 to $50. That's when I realized it's definitely not worth it. I also saw a video about some girl/guy/idk talking about how it's just over priced crap.
Anyways I found a bunch of cheap filters from China on Amazon do I'll be trying those out. In the meantime I got my hands on my dad's Fotga star and diffusion filter. It gives it a nice halation effect that's subtle. I took pic rel at work. Top has filter, bottom has no filter.
