The xh1 stores pictures faster and overall is faster menu wise, but that isn't such a big deal really, keep your x-t100, buy the grip, enjoy it, it's a good small camera, and it's cute!
I had the meike grip for ergonomics and that was the main reason I bought the xh1, because they suck on the x-t100, and using the 50-140mm on it was unbearable.
