Thing is; unless people bother to say hi, or as is often the case: can't even make eye contact, I don't bother. Most photographers are fairly timid and introverted anyway.
I obviously don't recognise people who post anonymously, so I make a point of not giving any fucks when they stalk me in a curious way. It's the hater stalkers that I do document.
That said I do usually shoot people with cameras, particularly the ones who have the "I real photographer nao" look, but today was very generic christmas normie crowds, so I guess I wasn't really on my game.
This crew seemed to be doing a lot of nothing, so I can't help but wonder what they were reporting.
