my real suggestion is to go on a website like
https://www.planespotters.net/photos/and see what they used for their shots. you can actually filter by camera and if the photog was nice he lists all his settings/gear. i have access...your lack of it might need to be made up with gear tbqf.
desu im seriously considering selling my setup for a snoy (a6400 or higher + 55-210mm lens or a7c w/50-350mm tamron), i dislike the AF tracking on this camera and complained about it in the other gear threads, and the snoy colors + guis are not nearly as bad as expected on the zv1 i bought (better than my nikon imo). its not a bad camera...i just feel like im outgrowing it after putting 1200+ photos through it and im into it $$$ wise where upgrading isnt gonna be a huge loss of money.
maybe if i have some money leftover after tuning my evo ix + buying gf a mbp m4 for her bday + mexico city trip or i find a good deal on craigslist/fb. i could probably sell my setup for $700 and get into a a7c for $1500~ or so
