Auto focus works tits on most entry level Canikons and everything up from that. Don’t let too many of /p/‘s peeves get to you, I picked up far too many bad habits from here back in ‘12 when I started. Just shoot often and find what you like. If shooting in auto-focus with Auto-iso on gives you sharp, non-grainy phots then so be it! Just know how to fucking use manual mode and all of its features at the end of the day
