It's sort of hard to describe my method, but basically you start with one leg then move it until the ball in the level lines up with the second leg, then you move the second leg until it lines with the third leg then when you move the third leg and it will always become level.
>>4439244It's a luxury, but not entirely necessary. I really don't mind using these sinar heads. You just have to level the tripod/camera more carefully. Sometimes my geared head adds more height than I want as well.
