Now that that's clear let's get to specifics. I'm looking for a film that has higlights(such as streetlights in a night shot) that tend to glow, but not bright colors that glow(eg skin tones).
To get an idea, google some ww2 kodachromes. They look close to the effect I'm after, with the exception of the skin tones.
There a film like this still being sold? So far Vision came closest under indoor lighting and Night shots. But the effect isn't as much under natural light.
Or do I have to use flash during day shots to achive this effect?
