>>3887471reusable disposables are the shit desu. don't get any of the modern Harman/Kodak/Lomo-branded versions, though, get a Vivitar PN2011. they're dirt cheap new-old-stock (at least in the US) for essentially the same thing, 28mm 1/125s f/8. i modded one of mine to replace the built-in lens shield with a switchable red gel for shooting ISO 400 film in daylight (it's 1/125 at f/8, so you really need it)
i don't know the exact hyperfocal distance it used, but i remember it being sharpest in the center around 10-12ft, which would make sense
i like my Ultra Wide & Slim more (picrel) so i gave both of my PN2011s to a couple friends
i feel your pain lmao. i just ordered 30m of Delta 400 (after trying Kentmere 400 and not liking the grain), and finally bought a tele zoom for my Minolta (which i've been missing for like 3 years), and a deep yellow filter to fit my 24/2.8... i've settled on this as my day-to-day film, so after this i'm gonna try very hard to de-GAS, use the bodies/lenses i have and just go shoot more
