Not necessarily.
The Aluminium based FSI sensors (A6000 / A7) had the deepest and least wide photosensitive area, and needed perpendicular rays the most.
The Aluminium based FSI sensors (A6300) have more shallow photosensitive area that takes light from wider angles.
The BSI then takes that one step further.

I've seen samples of this one in articular.
The Version III of this Voigtlander lens was optimized for E-mount and doesn't display this purple haze.
The Version II of this lens displayed the purple haze on the old FSI sensors, but was free from it with the BSI sensors.
