You can hand roll 120 film onto a 620 spool although I've never done it before. I've actually never even shot medium format. I have no idea how usable either cameras will be, my grandpa died in 2005 and they've just been sitting in a garage since then.
She also found pic related but apparently it looks really weathered. It has three apertures f/8, f/11 and f/16, and a single 1/30s shutter speed.
