I have both an XA and an XA2, it's a good little camera to throw in your pocket as secondary camera to your SLR. The XA2 is usually preffered for sneaking cameras into places you couldn't get an SLR into and the bonus is you have to do zero focusing. People say they can estimate the XA's rangefinder without looking in the lens but I sure as heck can't so the XA2 works better for true point and shoot.
