I wanna get back into photography after I sold my Snoy gear some years ago (financial issues). So a complete new system to buy into. Money not much of an issue now. I was thinking of a more compact setup with 3 prime lenses. Light, easy to carry around because we have a small kid now. Main purpose my son indoor and outdoor, family, some car photography and travel. Not only photography but also some video snippets to cut together once every year. My first idea was to get this setup:
A7CII
>Sony 35mm 1.8
>Sigma 45mm 2.8
>Sigma 65mm 2
I guess it's a good package, also for video since I can change to filming with just one or two interactions. 65mm because I'm not a big fan of 85mm and it's somewhat in the middle.
The other option would be to go aps-c. In that case Fujifilm X seems to be a nice system. I love how the cameras look and feel (tried in the store). It feels a bit lighter compared to full frame. Now comparing tons of images on flickr, I believe there is a visible difference in fullframe vs apsc. But it seems marginal. Not sure if I ever gonna think "damn I wish this shot is a full frame image". Though, I'm not worried about noise performance as there are so many tools now to reduce noise.
What do you think is the best compromise between compact, lightweight and image quality?
