Catching the bullet in frame like that is super lucky. If you assume the bullet is going 3000 ft/s or so and the motion blur is 2 ft long or so that'd mean it was probably at captured at 1/1500s or so, though I guess it depends more on the speed they were capturing photos at.
Even at 60 fps though you'd only have maybe a 1/4 chance of getting it in frame (since it'd move 50 feet every 1/60th of a second).
