But a word of caution, if the price seems too good then it's probably a scam. You will get someone selling 5 rolls of Portra 400 for 15 pounds once in a while, scam accounts that get shut down within a few days. Always check seller stats and reviews.
Most people would tell you to go for a flatbed Epson v500/550/600. A lot of the people in here hate on flatbeds but a friend's v550 gives great results so I'd say go for one. I will be buying one myself in the next couple of months. Also keep in mind that if you hate the software you can use VueScan, it has quite a lot of neat little settings you can play with.
