But this sounds like cope, because the former also described canon for a long time and still does. Yet "any pro worth their salt" never cared, pros rent cameras most of the time and pay for support services and insurance for their personal gear because build quality failures even on rattly shitboxes like fuji are less likely than damage and loss once you get out there and start doing jobs. you're more likely to lose a camera to an airline than anything else.
